According to the link he is a prep schooler at Fork Union. Does that qualify as a transfer? He would be eligible in '06 if he shows -- but what's his status w/UNC, did they take back their offer from a year ago? Quote
gozips19 Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 i believe that he would have to go through the ncaa transfer policies if he indeed singed a (loi). though he wouldn't loose any years of eligibility. if he didn't sign then you are correct in saying that he would not be a transfer. if someone could please answer my initial question as to who is responsible for harboring all of the recent transfers to akron. The only transfer of the three names your referenced is Robinson. Kennedy was never enrolled at OSU and Berry was never enrolled at NC. The reason we have the two we have from Pitt is kind of obvious. In general, we don't have any more transfers on our roster than any other school. Quote
