GoZips88 Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 Charlotte! If we win and Charlotte wins, we play Charlotte at home next Sunday. Charlotte has a better RPI than us so wouldnt it be in Charlotte? That's what I thought but I was told by someone at UA that we'd have the home game. Quote
MontrealExposloveZippy Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 Looks like the Blazers literally got to UAB's field, it is BURNT up. Wow, yea their field looks like sh*t. Quote
anonymous hippo Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 SMU looks like a mediocre version of the Zips, they try to pass around (mimicking their style), but have zero precision and Akron's pressure is suffocating them. Quote
MontrealExposloveZippy Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 UAB is hosting the college cup this year. Hopefully the NCAA doesn't allow games to be played on that field with the shape it's in. Maybe they'll move the college cup to be played in Akron!! haha! Quote

anonymous hippo Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 SO CLOSE.. Gezz with under 30 secondes left the Zips almost give up a cheap goal. Need to tighten it up back there! Quote
anonymous hippo Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 For everyone's halftime enjoyment http://www.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/82022216/ Quote
MontrealExposloveZippy Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 Charlotte is still up 1-0 at the half. Let's keep it up Zips, so we can see you guys in action next week at home. Quote
johnnyzip84 Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 SO CLOSE.. Gezz with under 30 secondes left the Zips almost give up a cheap goal. Need to tighten it up back there! Very fortunate there. I assume with the way the ball is bouncing that this field has an artificial surface? Zips are having a little trouble controlling the high bounces. Quote
bisbee Posted November 21, 2011 Author Report Posted November 21, 2011 Charlotte! If we win and Charlotte wins, we play Charlotte at home next Sunday. How do they determine the site of the game if we play Charlotte....what is it based on? Quote
GoZips88 Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 Damn it. Louisville scores with less than 4 minutes to go to tie Bradley at 1 in regulation. Quote
GoZips88 Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 Wow ... Louisville scores another goal 45 seconds later to go up 2-1 on Bradley with about 3 minutes to go. Quote
ejcool27 Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 Louisville just score two in 1 min, with about 4 mins left in the game!!! Quote
anonymous hippo Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 unbelievable. Louisville with the miracle at the end. Quote
johnnyzip84 Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 Doing a little research myself, it appears Westcott Field has natural grass but with the drought conditions much of Texas has faced it's probably a very hard surface regardless. Link Quote
GoZips88 Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 unbelievable. Louisville with the miracle at the end. I don't care how nice a guy he might be ... I don't want Ken "I don't think I can win a championship in Akron" Lolla to win anything. ... and how about that. With 26 seconds to play, Bradley ties it! Quote
