GP1
There is a kid riding a tricycle on the street and the back wheels rotate so he can make real tight turns. Someone made millions off of that idea and it is so simple. Lost opportunity......
Big Zip
Look up the Razor 360... My daughter has one and it's essentially a big wheel with rotating skate wheels on the back.
ziptrumpet87
Or this from one of Akron's local toy makers. This one was on a shelf for quite some time before it got the green light. Not sure if it was due to cost or liability.
Zip Watcher
We gave our guy a Green Machine this year, and it's been a huge hit. It's bigger than a BigWheel, with the steering done on the back wheels. He took one look at it in the house in the morning .. wiggled the levers that do the steering, and said to me: "Dad, I think this is pretty cool. I'm pretty sure I can do some drifting on this thing." Green Machine's were around when we were kids .. but I never rod one or knew anyone that had one. Also not sure if what Huffy now markets as the Green Machine is the same type of ride it was in the old days.
