I just went onto a different computer and it came right up. Can not explain it. Might be a version of AVG anti-virus or an anti spyware that is doing it. The stream exists. Quote

I have some things disabled on Chrome on this machine due to crashes. But it also did not come up on IE on this machine Chrome on the other machine looks perfect right now, as does the tablet. Quote
