TennZip Posted September 3, 2012 Author Report Posted September 3, 2012 Notre Dame def. San Diego State 3-2 on friday in Bloomington and def. Clemson 2-1 today in Bloomington Indiana played to a disappointing 0-0 tie today with san diego state BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The stat line shows a game of frustration for the Indiana attack with 29 shots and 19 corner kicks, but no goals to show for it in a 0-0 double overtime tie with San Diego State Sunday afternoon on the final day of the adidas/IU Credit Union Classic. The Hoosiers are now 3-0-1 on the season, while San Diego State moves to 0-1-1. Indiana has posted three-straight shutouts and has not allowed a goal over the last 358:25 minutes of play. "The draw was disappointing considering how we played and generating the amount of shots and corners we did against a good San Diego State team," said head coach Todd Yeagley. "The positive is there were a lot of good performances from different players. Creating that many chances, the second ball and our spacing in the box could have been better." Playing in a downpour that had been going steady all day, Indiana jumped on the Aztecs early as freshman Andrew Oliver unfurled a shot on a breakaway that was saved by SDSU goalkeeper Blake Hylen.
