georgetown (#5 in coaches poll) stayed undefeated with a 1-0 win at James Madison....it was james madison's first home loss since nov. 2010

here is what UNC web site had to say about their player getting a red card against wofford

Mikey Lopez and the Tar Heels played the final 87 minutes a man down as junior Andy Craven was issued a red card in the 16th minute of play.

Carolina earned a free kick near the touch line and as Martin Murphy was preparing to send a cross in, Craven made a run toward goal. Craven caught Wofford's Carlos Dominguez Gonzalez with an inadvertent elbow as he made his run and was immediately shown the red card leading to his ejection.

from the n. carolina student newspaper

coaches comment about their red card in their 1-0 double OT win over Wofford

Craven was issued a red card and ejected from the game after a Wofford player found himself on the ground. Per NCAA rules, Craven will miss the team’s next game at Duke.

And it’s safe to say UNC coach Carlos Somoano wasn’t happy with the call.

“I was looking straight at it, and I was very disappointed,” Somoano said. “The guy kind of wrapped him up and was holding him from running through, and (Craven) was literally just trying to break free.

“If he did that on purpose, then I tell you, I will fly to the moon tomorrow.”

Somoano said he told his players to treat Craven’s absence as an opportunity.

And he said he thought the Tar Heels responded admirably.
