Quickzips
Tied up at 62 with under 5 to go. Who do you root for in this one? A Can't win gives us a 2 game cushion on OU presuming we can handle the Falcons tonight. On the other hand rooting for Can't makes me want to go shower with ammonia. In my opinion, I'm rooting for the team that I feel we can beat in Cleveland more. I feel like rooting for either team makes me want to stick knives in my eyes, but it would give us a 2 game cushion in the MAC, and as long as we take care of business with BG, a win at Athens would clinch us the #1 seed in Cleveland if my math is correct

I may be in the minority, but I hate Ohio U more than I ever hated Can't. Their players are punks, their fans are obnoxious, and I hope they lose every game they play. Can't, to me, is the lesser of two evils. And for the record, has played great late in the second half. OU looks winded and dejected. ksu sucks
Mark Henninger would not get many minutes on our squad.
mes102
Mark Henninger would not get many minutes on our squad. Henninger wasn't even the best Polar Bear out of that graduating class of 2010. If Egner couldn't get minutes and transferred out, Henninger wouldn't even make the practice squad
Quickzips
OT in Athens. Javon McCrae is about the only big in the conference who I can say with confidence would see playing time for the Zips. Henninger isn't even close. The only other guys who MIGHT have a shot are Calhoun from BG, Kelley from OU and Whittington from Western.
mes102
Ohio 78 Can't State 75 F/OT OU scored 5 points in last 10 seconds
ksu sucks
Wow. Way to choke, Can't.
Quickzips
While it would have been nice to have a cushion on OU, at the same time an OU loss pretty much would have put the nail in the coffin for the MAC getting 2 bids this year. Zips need to take care of their own business tonight and then go down and whip up on the Bobkitties.
bUAkronG
How nice would a rematch be on friday in Cleveland? Don't see OU beating Can't 3 times in a season considering their total margin of victory in the first two games was 4 points.

Don't see OU beating Can't 3 times in a season considering their total margin of victory in the first two games was 4 points. I was thinking the same thing. Would it be nice for Kènt to do our dirty work in the tourney? We have the flush's number, and a against them would make me less anxious. Then again, the Zips handled Ohio somewhat authoritatively at home once. If they do the same in Athens, maybe they aren't the hardest matchup. :o
akzipper
Saw on Twitter that the OhioU fans stormed the court after the game ...the real question is, if we pull the upset against BG do we storm the court??
Dave in Green
Storming the court after almost blowing a game in which you were a big favorite to win? Sounds to me like signs of insecurity in Kittyland.
bUAkronG
It wasn't storming the court like you guys are thinking. They stormed over to Stevie Taylor who won the game for them. Can't +10.5 was easy 'credits' today lol
