I didn't know that the NCAA mandated spring practices! What is the penalty if a team doesn't hold all of the mandated practices? Does each practice have to last some minimum amount of time, or could a team meet the mandated number of practices by holding 15 one minute practices? Quote

This raises a whole slew of different questions. Are regulators on site for every team's practices? How extensive are the regulations; e.g., do they specify how much time can be spent practicing offense defense, special teams? Quote
