johnnyzip84
The rag mentions WR Nick Harwell having left Miami after their all-MAC teams were selected. Look where he's headed.

Wouldn't that make his new position coach...
Zipmeister
Wait a second. Wouldn't that make his new position coach... Nick is taking his transfer very seriously. Even though he must sit out next season as per NCAA regulations, he has already started carrying the Kansas playbook stuffed down his pants. MDZip
Not laughing as hard this year. Phil lists 11 Zips on his preseason all-MAC team. None are first team but things are certainly looking up.
K92
Keith Sconiers makes the list and Zach D'Orazio doesn't? BG has two linebackers better than Jatavis Brown?Phil Steele still makes me giggle.

I wouldn't be surprised to see "Fresh" make these WR predictions look silly come season's end either. The Zips large contingent of capable WRs make it difficult for any of them to post the numbers that land one on all-conference teams however. And are there really 4 centers in the MAC better than TW67? I doubt it!
K92
And are there really 4 centers in the MAC better than TW67? I doubt it!Agreed. The offensive line has been maligned by the pundits for the lack of production in the ground game, but I think there are other issues at play there. I also think they have performed far above average in pass protection the last two years. In my totally biased opinion, I think Tank did a great job with them and hopefully that will continue in his memory.
