johnnyzip84
As bad as the loss to EMU was, I'll bet we can all think of a worse loss for Quinn.
MDZip
As bad as the loss to EMU was, I'll bet we can all think of a worse loss for Quinn.Of course you're referring to the season ending saving us from 0-12 victory over the Bulls on Thanksgiving weekend. My brother-in-law and I were at that game and it was cold. We were bundled up like Canadian hunters. My uncle had just died and his funeral was in Canton after the game so we took our funeral clothes (had them just in case the Zips lost too :-)) and drove call. We had called to make sure we would have a place to change and we're told it was no problem. Well it wasn't but we had to walk right through the mourners in this cold weather gear with Zips logos everywhere. My uncle was the kind of a guy that wherever he was I guarantee was laughing his head off over that sight. :-)

Thus, Jeff Quinn will go down in college football history as the only D1-A/FBS head coach to EVER lose to Rob Ianello
