Josh Heupel, Jay Norvell fired at OU

The Sooners won five of their first six but finished 8-5, ending the regular season with a stunning overtime loss to Oklahoma State and then losing 40-6 to Clemson in the Russell Athletic Bowl.

The Sooners finished eighth in the Big 12 in passing offense with 2,543 yards and 17 touchdown passes. Inconsistent quarterback play and unreliable receivers were the main culprits (sounds familiar). Heupel also was the quarterbacks coach. Norvell was in charge of the receivers.

Trevor Knight was very disappointing this season. I had Oklahoma picked to play in the playoff at the beginning of the year LOL.

It looks like we wont gave to deal with DGB next season.

Who all is planning on going to the game? I'm definitely going to if things work out the way I am planning at work.
