TennZip
http://www.ncaa.com/rankings/soccer-men/d1/ncaa-mens-soccer-rpiCreighton plays at Georgetown this Thursday afternoon. I hope that one of those teams win the regular season match and that the other team wins when they play in the big East tourney. Stanford plays at Washington tonight. when those 2 teams played at Stanford, they played to a scoreless tie.Bowling Green at 113 in this week's RPI. However, if I remember correctly, Ohio State scored with 4 seconds left in the 2nd OT to defeat BG. The zips need to get off to a fast start on Saturday night. SBZipfan
Amazing how the Gaucho Dan guy is clairvoyant! The only difficulty in computing RPI is decoding the bonus amounts, which the NCAA does not make public. The NCAA also does not release their actual RPI numbers, but only the ordered list of teams (on a weekly basis). Still, even tiny changes in the bonus amounts will generally switch at least a few teams rank, and so it's possible to figure out the bonus amounts. So while conceptually, it's not that hard, in practice it's still a lot of work to actually do this.
