TennZip
Gaucho Dan has the zips moving up to #3 in the rpi with N. Carolina being eliminated from the ACC tourneyMaryland moved up to 28 to 23...with their win today...so that helped the zips with top 25 bonue points RPI SCHOOL W L D SOS OSS 3 1 Wake Forest 15 1 2 2 1 4 2 Clemson 15 1 2 8 2 5 3 Akron 13 3 2 12 25 6 4 North Carolina 14 1 3 19 3 7 5 Stanford 13 2 2 54 9 8 6 Georgetown 13 2 2 22 16 9 7 Notre Dame 10 3 5 6 5 10 8 Seattle 16 3 0 51 62 11 9 Creighton 16 2 0 85 45 12 10 Syracuse 11 5 3 5 10 13 11 Ohio State 11 5 2 13

Hence, we lost the 2009 NCAA Championship by a tie.
UAZipster0305
Two more wins and I think we will be awarded the #5 seed. Even though they didnt advance far in the ACC Tourney, I see a one loss UNC team with a #5 RPI getting the #4 seed over us. Definitely not fair, but it is what I have come to expect.A loss or maybe even a tie without winning the MACC and I think we are on the outside looking in at the top eight seeds. Play our game and WVU should definitely be a win; however, WVU playing 10 or 11 behind the ball will be difficult to defeat. Stanford could easily lose to Cal this week (Cal has a win over Washington, and the huskies defeated Stanford; and Cal has a win over UCLA). Still lots of soccer to be played this week. If Notre Dame and Syracuse upset Wake and Clemson, the NCAA seeding committee will have a really tough time. If Creighton comes back and beats Georgetown this week, who knows where Creighton will end up. There is tremendous parity this year in college soccer. I would like to see Maryland win the big ten and Georgetown win the Big East as those will help the zips case for seeding.
