I like that they played 110 minutes. Gives us an even bigger advantage with the bye.

And they have to dry out. That was a very wet game on a very wet field.

Forecast for Sunday:

A chance of snow showers. Cloudy, with a high near 33. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

I like this match-up. Rutgers has a decent soccer tradition and is a fairly well-recognized name. Anytime we can play at home against a B1G team, it is good for the program.

As others have mentioned, having just played in OT in poor weather, going on the road will be a tough turn around for Rutgers.

Rutgers will be respectable and will likely keep it close, but I think we win.

That is an impressive amount of data! Too bad DiG isn't into men's soccer so much. He'd be licking his chops!

Rutgers beat Indiana on the road 4-1 back in Sept, and tOSU at home 1-0 a month ago. They are a worthy opponent.

Hey, Santa Barbara Mark, You going to be at Harder Stadium for the Gauchos and Gamecocks? If so, we'd love a game report! And pick me up some Kaena granache in Los Olivos?? ;)

I guess we're rooting for SMU to knock off Denver which is the ranked team (#13) and would be more acclimatized to playing in Akron(?)

both teams are good...2 losses between them...Denver is 17-0-3 and SMU is 14-2-3

let's enjoy this win for a while....Jason Wright for Rutgers was big ten offensive player of the year and Mr. Radjen and Mr. Ruhaak both did a great job in the back.

Great to see Danilo back healthy.

Hopefully, Sam Gainford can come back from his injury. Sean Sepe came in like a house on fire and probably had his best game as a zip.

Stuart Holthusen has had an outstanding month of November. Goncalo Soares and Victor Souto were both very good with their passes....and Victor was a ballhawk on defense.

very happy that so many players could get rest after 60-65 minutes. Zip soccer after Thanksgiving !!!!....I know that makes fknbuflobo quite happy. Very happy for the coaches and the players...
