Buckzip Posted February 7, 2007 Report Posted February 7, 2007 The school sends them an LOI(letter of intent). The player signs it ands usually faxes it back. Some players will receive more than 1 LOI. Once it is sent back, it is official. Nothing is official until the player signs the LOI.Even then, he needs the grades to get in and be elegible. Quote
