exexec Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 I THINK TONIGHT MAY HAVE BECOME A VERY BIG TURNING POINT IN THE BB PROGRAM. NOT JUST TO BEAT cant ON THE ROAD ETC.... THIS TEAM IS FINDING A WAY TO WIN AS OPPOSED TO FINDING A WAY TO LOOSE. THERE COULD HAVE BEEN A MILLION EXCUSES FOR LOOSING IT TONIGHT BUT WE FOUND A WAY TO WIN-THAT IS THE MARK OF A GREAT PROGRAM!~!! I THINK WE ARE ON OUR WAY! Quote
72 Roo Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 Ex,It becomes big only if we beat K.S.U. in the MAC tourney. Anything less and we are back to square one.BTW, does anyone share my concern that in the last two minutes the Zips, and especially Dials, let the ball fly with only 10 seconds of the possession clock gone and no rebounders in sight? I feel Dials make poor decisions under pressure, even tho' he got the ball to Woods for the winning layup. How about Romeo letting fly a 3 pointer when we should have been holding the ball? Quote
timmyboy Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 it wasent a 3.... it was a very long 2, his foot was on the line ha ha but i agree, there were a few plays that i feel dials made that werent very smart. His step back 3 with romeo right under the basket when they had a 3 on 1 situation.... Lob it up to rome an let him dunk it, an change the momentum back to the zips side. Granted he did play alot of minutes last night, but what else can you expect when ur playing for a MAC east title, and the chance to sweep the flushes for the first time inna long time...... but all of this will be for nothing if we dont come ready to play at the Q Quote
