Can someone setup a cafe press site with some of the ideas that have been shown on here. Shirts with the "26" on em. Or givin the finger to the NIT etc.... I would be happy to buy some of that stuff!!!

I think a shirt reading "The University of Akron Zips, 2007 NIT Champions" would be appropriate as we had a legit shot of winning this thing and that fear is perhaps what prevented us from being selected.

I know the timekeeper personnally... I can assure you he stays awake and he takes his duties seriously. Wish he was doing the timing at the games at the "Q".

True the quality isn't good, but we'll never agree as to what can be on the products, so if someone with some art skills-sets it up I am sure it will sell some and some is better than nothing.

I had a cafe press store a few years ago (back when I had fairly big website).I was somewhat embarassed of the quality, but there weren't any alternatives at the time (not sure if there is one now), and what is worse, I felt even more guilty taking even a 5% on top, because the cafepress prices are so high to start with.... so I closed it down.I have art graphics skills, and I would even volunteer to sell stuff at cost (no cut for me), but I am highly skeptical that more than a few things would sell.[edit] if anyone has the initiative, a better alternative is to take some stuff to a local screenprint aparel shop. The reason I never got into that was because I didn't want to bother with shipping stuff all over the world... but for a local situation, it's great. Quality is higher, price is lower.[edit2] the disadvantage is that many of those places require a minimum order, or they ahve an equipment setup fee.

Zippy on the front, 26 on the back with "scROOed" above where a name would be...I'd definately buy one...
