ZachTheZip
That's about where they should have been in the pre-season. Winning the next few games against the toughest teams on our schedule should boost them into the top 10 easily. Then just keep on winning. That's the key. It's sad that I think this way, but I have the feeling that even if the Zips are ranked #1 at the end of the season that they will still not get a high seed and will end up playing mostly on the road in the tourney. Zip Watcher
Beating Wake Forest on the road when they are number 1 in the nation will go a long way to help the seeding in the tournamet. A 2 win weekend would be huge for the Zips.
Kangaroo Craig
I hate polls! There so damn biased towards schools from BCS conferences. UAkronKid, you are right. We should have been ranked much higher to begin with, but unfortunately we will never receive the respect that we deserve. Two years ago we were hosed when it came time to seed the teams for the tournament and that probably cost us a chance to compete for the title. The worst one of all is that Sagarin. What a moron! We can say that we have rank ability but Can't State Can't stay that. But yeah we need to get into a better conference. NCAA
