I was litteraly in the process of posting this when you beat me to the punch. :tomato: P.S. The fans really DO matter to the players. That goes for every sports we have. It is horribly demoralizing when you go out there on your home field and nobody is cheering you on. Go to the games. As many as you can. Here's are the home games this week:----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Womens' soccer vs. Miami (OH) Friday, October 5th 7:30PM -- The lady Zips are 6-3-2 and need a win to go up 2-1 in the MAC East.Mens' soccer vs. Hartwick Saturday, Oct 6th at 7:30PM -- Lets welcome Hartwick to the MAC with an old fashioned beatdown.

Let's keep the volume up and the support up. its 6:25 and Can't State still Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :screwks::champs::cheers:

Well, I think the Rifle team would disagree. If the rowdies showed up to a Rifle Match, there would be problems. We like fans.....if we can't hear them!

i disagree... i say make it more like the olympics. give us electronic targets with scoreboards above our heads then put up some grandstands in the back. let everyone gasp when the leader shoots a bad shot etc. make things interesting.still... even we appreciate when people show up to our matches to see what we do (especially when their not family) :screwks:

Well, be careful what you wish for....I might just stop down sometime! Maybe I could tailgate outside of Schrank before the match!

Ok heres one for everyone to chew on. How about coming to some of the events the band does and cheer us on? We just went to a high school band show this past weekend and all of the high school students were pumped to see us there. The band does an annual Band-a-rama in EJ Thomas for free where you get to see the symphonis band the concert band and Ohios pride marching zips. I think it would be sweet to see tons of people there. Just a thought.

If you could post some dates of upcoming events I'm sure we could all help get the word out. Does the band have its own web site? It might be a good way to get feedback & suggestions from the public, music requests, etc. (and sell CD's). I think the people on this board are just into the sport and not so much the band but for the general public it adds a lot to the gameday experience and helps pump the team up too.
