Wood is definitely injured, as is Middleton, Salee, and pretty much everyone on the team not named Goddard. The Zips MUST win to salvage this trip to Alaska, but the game is very early, and they have no time to rest or practice. Last night's game was at 8:00, and today's is at 11:30. It's going to be tough, but hopefully they can grind it out. it's great practice for the MAC tourney, where every game is close and competitive. Quote

She said he just recently got a cortizone shot and might be ready to play on Saturday. She said it's up to the doctors obviously if they release him to play. He's hurting but he's hurt worse before and can play (her words). So, maybe Saturday. Quote
