Some players are transferring out of BCS programs, as they do every year. Ianello would do well to try and attract some of them to Akron. If he wants BCS guys, this is the way to get them, not wasting effort trying to recruit above his capabilities.

WR DJ Williamson from Michigan was released to transfer, but doesn't have a destination yet. This is definitely one to keep an eye on.

FB Fred Smith from Michigan State. Could Oren Wilson help convince him to come here?

I'm thinking....what are the chances any of these guys transferred out with aspirations of offering their skills to one of the worst teams in one of the worst conferences. And have to wait a year to even do that?
