Kenpom.com has had UB over inflated all year. They also underrated Kent and overrated OU. The predictions are mathematical on Kenpom.com and don't account for a hot hand or a cold steak. These teams have all had both.

A little off topic but yesterday was a bad day for the house or the book keepers. The AP 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 9th teams all lost. In the top 10 teams only Duke at 7 and Baylor at 10 (who knocked off KU at 5) won and Villanova sitting at 8 didn't play but is still salting the loss of there last game, a loss to UConn. I guess not just the MAC where any team can win any night out.

Freeman is a beast...

Wasn't Lairy mr basketball in Indiana. Let alone the 27th he hung on us. They should have him on the floor at the first whistle.

I looked at the season stats today. Freeman is 13th in the nation in field goal percentage. Look closely and he has attempted 160 field goals. More, he is one of only 4 of the 13 with more than 150 attempts. Most have less than 100 attempts. It is one thing to be a D and dunk guy, but Enrique is becoming a efficient and volume scorer on the block. He is slowly separating himself from the pack.

1981 is absolutely right about starting the offense early. The cardinals killed the space cadets last night by playing offense before the toledos young team set up its defense. Strike early when it is there doesn't mean you can't pull it out and reset. It just kills me to see folks standing around on national TV waiting for something to happen.

We played Aziz and Freeman on the floor at the same time last night for a short window 1st half. Double threat on the block. I like the look against an undersized team without great length. Especially if Aziz improves on defense away from the rim and they keep good spacing on offense. I like the development of the inside game. Grab the rock and hammer that rim.

Enrique could be a 20, 10 guy easy if he keeps up his production. He was a beast on the blocks for precious who fouled out after getting badly out played.

This team has good talent and they are playing good, just not pretty and not great. Plenty of top teir talent. But then again you wouldn't know that by hanging out on this board or thread. There is a lot of negative energy. For my two cents. I like this team. They can do some damage.
