My thoughts in the game. 1. The returning starters. Lyles, TJ and Scott all played great. 2. Young needs more minutes. He is a star. 3. The Mahaffey brothers looked solid. 4. Stankovic had some flashes of greatness. I think he gains playing time as the season goes on. 5. Hardman struggled 6. I love Marvin style of play and hustle but if he is our back up big, that's going to be a big problem. 7. Where are the big guys? Halligan got in before them?

Kobe Mitchell plays for Walsh. He was the leading scorer last year.

I think TJ, Scott and Young all start. Lyles definitely starts. Evan Mahaffey would be my other guess.

Young is a much better player than Hardman. But in the past few seasons Coach has always started someone that made me scratch my head. Hunter and S. Wilson.

I would like to see Young get more minutes.

Just watched a video talking about Purdue being a top 3 team next year. 3 main guys returning and a 7' 4" redshirt freshman.

Several NBA players are also doing this for the basketball programs. Steph Curry and Trey Young.

Even though he started. Lyles was clearly better. So in my opinion he was a backup 4 here with very little offensive skills.

It will be his last opportunity of the season. 2 way players are not eligible for the playoffs. Tickets are crazy expensive.

It will be interesting how the playing time shakes out. Nate, Tavari, Scott, Okonko, Lyles and Young will be major contributors. I don't know anything about last year's redshirts. I assume Evan will start. I like Marvin a lot but I don't see him or Hardman playing much. And.. There is still an open roster spot right?

The Mad Ants host 1st round playoff game game this afternoon 12:30 on Tubi. Single elimination and the finals are best of 3. Also playing on the Ants is Mac POY and former Toledo player RayJ Dennis.

So I went to my 1st G league game. Those guys are really good. Stronger and faster. Enrique had a great 4th quarter. Hit a few 3s, a dunk and the Mad Ants won a close game. The arena was super nice and the locals seem to really support their team.
