I am pleased to announce that VanDelaySports.com has added a new section to the site entitled "MAC Team Pages." The MAC Team pages feature each team's complete schedule and results with links to Nick's Picks and Nick's recap for each week. I have also included links to the specific school's 2005 preview, 2005 recruiting analysis and the 2004 recruiting analysis, the current MAC standings, and links to the University site, Athletics site, message boards, team stats and more. I think that the new Team Pages will be a great addition and expansion to the VanDelay site to help enhance the experience for you and I, the fans of the Mid-American Conference! Miami has yet to play Akron, Ohio and BG. They ARE in the race. You can't count anyone out yet other than Buffalo (just because) and Can't.

Just a note, if anyone has info on former NBA players from the MAC I'd love to see it posted below. Unfortunately there are not enough hours in the day nor resources to find all of the Gary Trents and Ron Harpers that used to play in the NBA, so any leads from fellow MAC supporters is greatly appreciated. I don't read the ABJ, but I have heard many complaints from MAC fans and I do live in NE Ohio. As a result the following was just sent to the 2 email addresses listed at the top of this thread. "Just wanted to let you guys know that there are a lot of fans in NE Ohio who would like to see more MAC coverage of the other 6 Ohio teams in Division I-A. The math is simple; there are a lot more MAC alumni in Ohio than there are for Ohio State alone. Plus you should have a duty to cover the local teams like Akron and Can't as much if not more than you do a team that is almost 100 miles away. Just my opinion as a fan of Akron, Can't, Ohio, Miami, Toledo and Bowling Green fan and living in Northeast Ohio." Remeber, the more of us that do this the more we will see results!
