Why don't you ask the coach and quit this dumb debate? I think "lethal" is the word Dambrot used in one of his after game shows so drop it. Coach says Miami won't let you underneath, so it sounds like there might be alot of 3 point shooting tonite. Let's hope we are on. Since it looks like Dials is your favorite player, his last 2 games he has been 2-11 at the three. That could start a debate in itself couldn't it? Hopefully he can hit some tonite.

agreed, i am tired of seeing dials limping around at the end of the game and joyce about passed out... it can't be that hard to give them a break for a few minutes

Actually you are wrong about the OU game, they put Goddard in with 5 seconds left, Ball was supposed to go to him, but it never got there.....

Yeah thats exactly what you are an a***, since you don't sound like you know much. He can get his shot off, he played in games last year, Oakland, 11 points in 10 minutes. Coach says he really has stepped up in defense. Mraz, Rybak and Sowers are the same way, granted they shouldnt see alot of time, but they should see something.

Without knowing ANYTHING about what was going on (as 99.9% of the rest of us), this is my humble assessment too. THe writing is on the wall, people. He loses minutes, his starting position, and has family issues miles away, and voila. The post about him writing sportsline clued me in that this kid has an ego, wouldn't take sitting on the bench. To me, it seemed that this year, he wasn't into the team, didn't play well, and actually hurt us at times. IMO, a guy that is disinterested in playing for a team is disposable and should be allowed to leave for whatever reason he wants to say. Fact of the matter is that OU can still be a very good team. They beat NIU without Fears, and lost a close game to WMU. It's not like they weny 0-2 and lost by 30 each game. I'll be interested to see if team chemistry improves with this behind them.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yep 20 by the second half. Dials and Joyce look like they are dieing out there and you put in the guards with 1:00 left. Goddard and Sowers really did terrible out there didn't they? And didn't you see Mraz when KD tried to put him in? Thanks but no thanks coach with 1 minute left, I think I will pass. I give him credit!

I agree skhorbotly, why is Milum in there not doing anything? I think KD keeps giving him a chance but nothing is happening... because he is a big man. He started using Mraz and then last couple of games, nothing.... what exactly are you supposed to do in a game for 2 minutes anyway? From what I saw Mraz had a steal and 2 free throws when I saw him, how terrible! And all that in 2 minutes...And he put Goddard in with 5 seconds left in Ohio game to shoot a 3 to tie the game. Helloooo? How do you come off a bench and shoot a three, it is kinda hard. It shows KD has some confidence in him, but 5 seconds?And then Sowers goes 4 for 4 on threes in Dennison game (granted not the best game) but still shows he can do it.. and then nothing....

KD has always relied on Dru and now on Nick Dials... it makes for a very tired player by the end of the game. He has started putting in Chad, why doesnt he use him more? He has proved he can play, it's like KD just doesnt have the confidence. Just like he didn't with Cedrick and now look at Ced! He needs to give these guys a few more chances. And I don't know about proving it in practice comment because he has proved it in practice from other team mates comments....

They were saying Nick Dials looked like he could not even throw up his free throws he was so tired at the end. I don't like it, I don't think he should be in there until he can't move. They did put Mraz in for 2 minutes, but that was in the first half.I think scrubs are all ready willing and able to come in, but its the coaches call.
