I really don't like this schedule.........it would have been much much better for a new system under a new coach to get early home games...........rather than taking our new look on the road to get it together............. more later...........

You can't make an omlet without breaking the eggs. The Boss is the boss. On another note..........let's all move on. Hip did his very best. Same with LO. Let's show the class he deserves and just move forward, wishing him and his family a nice new situation just like the FB staff all landed with.

Injuries, loss of the key Seniors to various reasons, the weather, the flu, necessity to get PT for some good incoming froshies requiring too much substituting, scheduling (as in too much time off, remember that one?), officiating, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah............. Spin all these excuses against the season's results, and catch Dr. P at a weak moment, and we could be looking at another season of #1. Get ready.......... Just gettin you sluggies prepared for the "no change in the big chair" possibility............. And another piece of bad news this morning.............did the Browns really sign Garcia last night? Heard MPOS "explain" Garcia had only two choices, The Packers or the Browns That was really funny until I remembered I had 4 season duckets to pay for on the lake

OK sluggies………..for those of you who couldn’t wrench the TV away from the slave driver……….here’s the skinny…….. Tony’s been kicked out of the house by Carm. You knew that already. He’s sleeping around , and seldom alone………….eye candy for us oldies ………..how does a fat guy like that do so good????? Oh yea, he’s the boss (no disrespect tendered to the other Boss on this page)……….. He’s got a real thing for Dr. Melfi . He really wants to nest her , but she keeps putting him off ………..even though she dreams and fanticizes of a tumble in the hay with him (BTW, I don’t think that was her body shown in the dream sequence…….to hard to be her)……she’s right to do this, because I think it’s only a deal where T can’t get something he wants, and he’s not used to failure with ladies………….Melfi sees another male shrink and he has it cased………..we’re (all of us psychologists, you know me) all on the same page with this one………..last time they (T and Melfi) are face to face, he throws a little temper tantrum , and this could get to be dangerous (for her). Back to Carm………..she’s got Anthony Junior (AJ) living with her in the house, and the kid’s an asshole………taking the garbage out he is confronted by a stray Black Bear :blink: and he cries for his mommy, who chases it away…………..I know, I know……that story line (the bear) was kind of a reach………….but we’ll overlook it for the rest of the show……… Pauli and Christopher are still at each other’s throats , like we left it last year……..and it wasn’t getting any better. Chris is supposed to take care of the “group†dinner checks, but has been laying them off on Pauli………….until Pauli pimps him in AC (Atlantic City for you newbies) (speaking of newbies, are you jammin my ZW by keeping me in the newbie zone……….but I digress again…………..) and he has to pick one up. While they are leaving, the waiter confronts Christopher who only gave him a $16 tip on a $1200 bill :angry: ……………so Christopher does the nastie, and puts a cap into the waiter (in the parking lot) after he clobbers him in the head with a brick. Well…………..if you’ve come down this far, there’s more, but I’m going to wait and see if you guys boo me off the page for my consumer tests, and TV digressions………..

I know it when I see it. It's COMPETANCE, it's SINCERETY, it's humility, it's GREATNESS, it's LEADERSHIP. Having managed "folks" and reported to "superiors" for more than 40 years, when I see any of the above, I know it. I feel compelled to report it, acknowledge it, and bring it to the attention of my friends. There he was, meeting all the players as they came off the court (as always). He reaches out, shakes their hands, thanks them for the effort...........pats some on the back because their heads are down...........just like in the the FB season.......... Know what? He's becoming the rock in our programs.....................know why? He says little, and lets actions speak for him. I'M WITH HIM............... The Boss is not a smiley faced guy. He's no politician. However, he has the undivided attention and loyalty of some great subs.............like UAM and SN.....ever see Nestor smile? I haven't...............however, can anyone do any better than he's done since coming to join us? I doubt anyone can improve on the job he's done. Great moment................The Boss pats #1 on the back, and thanks him for the effort put forth..................know what? It was genuine................I'm a little "excentric" I guess.................I watch things like that closely.................trust me, it was sincere. That's what I'm trying to tell you about................. And here's another thing...............these guys are DIEING...........I'm talking about UAM and staff, SN and group, The Boss and his direct people, and GVH and his crew.........we field possibly the best talent ever in FB, and coaching takes brings them down.........after The Boss set the table for a minimum 9 win season..................we field the best BB Team ever, and geeeeeeeez.............look at what has taken place. I feel sorry for the whole AD Dept...............they've got to be thinking they arrived in the "Twilight Zone" here............................. Crap..............the outgoing FB coach even tries to take the Star QB out of the program as he leaves..................and that's another GD thing................The Boss and his guys have been really very closed mouth, and personally "ethical" thru all of that, when I'm sure they wanted to publish the fact about the real shitstorm that came down............ Anyway, the BB season has sucked, the FB season broke my heart, but I'm still on board because we're blessed to have The Boss.................. That's all.....................just wanted to dump my bucket...............

I was really hoping to see us go a couple games deep into the "Gund Games" before Andy, Derrick and Johnny hung em up for the Zips.............but I now don't think it's gunna happen. I know you "brutha slugs" like to go down and see the other MAC action (even though the Zips don't show) but that's just not me..........I'm bummed.........can't sit thru the rest if there's no candy for us.............so enjoy em if you go. I'll be there if we ever survive long enough to get into the action. Nobody's pointed this out on the board..............I've been sort of expecting it to pop up (and hoping I wouldn't have to ) but here we go anyway...............has anybody else noticed the "coaching" from the stands? Our guys, specifically Tarver, Drew, Travis, Futch...........almost all of them.............look into the stands for approval and/or guidance whenever they do (or don't do) something. Know what I mean? I've never seen anything like it before. They're being coached from the seats!!!!!!!!!! :blink: What's that all about? Who's coaching the team? Do they have such little regard for the staff that they "play for someone else?" It's a sorry thing to see, and Tarver is hands down the worst. At tomorrows loss to Buffalo, take a look at what I'm talking about and see if you don't agree..............if I were Hip, Id' be piiiiiiiiiiiissed.

ZW.............. I'm with you, just for the record. I don't think Steve and Joe are that bad.......oops, I mean they're pretty good.............comparitively........... However, Frenchy needs to get a fresh pair of specs for football...........he kills me on his calls off the gridiron ILFSITF (still) IJDWT UAM doesn't need to waste his valuable time trying to improve on his radio team......except for the guy who moderates the Tueaday night call in show......what's his name? Whatley or something Flush the bball staff and start over!

Sorry guys.........Marshall's gunna stomp on us. We travel to the first tourney game, robbing Andy and Tarver the chance to play thier last game before a home crowd.............we choke at the end.........and the boss flushes the whole crew and starts over next year. Yes, someone else said it...........Can't State was DH's "Marshall" (to LO) but this time the boss will pull the trigger. IM always HO...............
