Agree 100%. I would have rotated a couple other QB’s in as well during the blowouts. I do, however, think Gibson was on the sideline during the 4th quarter yesterday because he hurt his shoulder while getting sacked? However, I really don’t think Gibson is the answer at QB. I’m crossing my fingers the JUCO we’re bringing in has an immediate impact.

Our pass plays take too long to develop. Are our receivers slow? We never just throw it deep down the sideline.

Currie I'm excited to hear (??) if Dawson, Tribble, and Ali have made any jump from their freshmen season. If Tribble improves his 3-point shot he could be nearly unguardable. Same with Dawson. I want to hear Ali being more assertive.

The Cedarville game is not going to be televised. Audio will be broadcast on 99.7 (a Canton country station). The St. Bonny game will air on ESPN+.

DE Bennett Adler (St. Ignatius) was named to the Cleveland dot com 1st Team Defensive Team. A defensive end among St. Ignatius' three down linemen, Adler blended power and speed to earn a scholarship commitment with the University of Akron... 11 TFL's, 23.5 tackles with 5.5 sacks entering their final game. Linky (Btw, this is pretty elite company as the other two DL 1st-Teamers were Hoban's Darryl Petersen who is a Wisconsin commit, and Streetsboro's Mike Hall who is an Ohio State commit.)

Man, this is disappointing. Toledo got a huge pick up here. Hoban LB Damon Ollison. Ollison held offers from us, Michigan, Michigan State, Wisconsin, Arkansas, and Arizona State. :(

I love to hate OU; great rivalry. I like Boals. Not as much as Groce, but I think Boals is also a great coach. But that's neither here nor there. I just am extremely impressed with OU's starting lineup. F - Ben Vander Plas: an All-MAC caliber player and potential MAC POY type of talent F - Dwight Wilson: they just got this guy (transfer from James Madison?) and he's a stud. 6-8, 250 & can play. He, together with Vander Plas make for the best front court in the league. (Granted, I haven't seen the Zips play yet, but these two are tough.) W - Ben Roderick: sophomore who is coming into his own. Basically, he single-handedly led his team to the Ohio D-1 state semi-finals his senior year. W - Lunden McDay: STVM's McDay is actually the weakest link of their starting 5, and Lunden's a very solid all-around baller. PG - Jason Preston: this guys is special. I hate to say it, but I think he's going to overtake LCJ for MAC POY. Go Zips!
