Because the MAC was stupid enough to let Temple join as a football-only member, thus screwing up the football schedules and ruining our chance at bringing in a 14th member to boost MAC basketball.how stupid. I guess I just assumed it was like HS... didn't know you could have football-only teams lol

this is more than likely be a dumb question but how can Temple be in the MAC in football and the Atlantic 10 in Basketball?

to clarify, the first interception was by Corner and the second was by Jones on the last play of the first half.Defense is playing well YET AGAIN, except for stopping that LaFevour... Offense is doing better too... Hopefully we can keep it up for the 4th!!!

I agree. I wish we got more attendance. It's unfortunate because what people don't realize is that MAC play is some of the most competitive in all of the d-1 conferences(who called last night's win by Eastern over Central Michigan???). Sure, we can't compete with schools in the SEC but they've already built their tradition. That being said, I am happy to say that I went to every home game this year. I love that it is free to students, and Akron is helping out by giving discounted tickets to those who are accompanied by one of us! But I kind of disagree. Free tickets will help attendance a little but no one wants to support a team that isn't that great!Look at our basketball team. Last year we were great, and the JAR was packed every game towards the end of the season. Free tickets or not.

probably the story of the game right there. We can't dig ourselves in such holes like that. I don't care who you have in at QB, you make it way too hard when you have multiple 3 and longs. I would be interested in seeing just how many of our third downs were more than 10 yards to the end of the sticks.Congrats to the D though, that's two great games in a row for them. *edit* I just counted and if my tired eyes served me correctly, 8 of our 15 3rd downs were 3rd and 10+, THAT CANNOT HAPPEN!! Oh and here's another thing I haven't seen anyone mention: 8 penalties for 46 yards. Has it gotten that bad that we just don't even notice any more? And how many times do we have to get called for a false start in one game? Pitiful.Best of luck against CMU next week. Definitely called that second Mackey interception! Good job of coming through on defense. Now if only we could get our offense to play with that kind of intensity!!!We aren't a second half team, though, and that kind of scares me!! Oh well, hopefully our offense can pull through!!
