Our director told us that the MAC decided not to have pep bands in the first round to try and save money for the individual schools. The idea is that some of the schools won't have to get hotels for the cheerleaders and pep band for one game. It's really pointless for schools like us and Can't though. We just hop on a bus with the cheerleaders and dance team, drive to Cleveland before the game and come home when it's over. If we win, we do it again the next day. One bus can't possibly cost that much...

You know it's bad when Can't State thugs call you a disgrace to the school...If this wasn't bad enough for the officials to suspend him then the school definately needs to think about it. Between a DUI, fighting with the cops, violating team rules and this you have to draw the line somewhere. It's almost like Terrell Owens and his attitude problems, how can you play at your best with someone like that on your team? Someone needs to get a message through to this guy that he can't keep doing the things he's doing without some sort of punishment.

I'm usually a Bardo basher. Even though he missed a couple of easy shots yesterday I have to say he was being far more aggressive on the rebounds and he was sprinting from one end of the court to the other. He's showing more effort, now if someone would just tell him to reach up and put the ball in the hoop every once in a while we would be in good shape.
