Do you guys realize that students sit all over the JAR, not just where the Rowdies sit? It seems like there were a lot more students at the soccer games, and there probably were for the big games, but they were also all grouped in the area behind the goal. Also, if anyone paid attention during the soccer games, it was mostly just the students near the front that were doing chants or anything. Some students don't want to put in the effort to cheer and would rather just sit down and watch the game, so they sit in the bleachers. As for myself, when I can, I try my best to sit with the Rowdies, but didn't last night because I got there late due to class and had to leave early to go support my roommate's band.

to be honest the game really doesn't matter. If it were a MAC game I would be mad, but really the only reason I wanted a win is a dislike for VCUThat's exactly how I feel. They need to get focused and play well over the course of their remaining schedule and tourney.

It's amazing how their big guys did absolutely anything they wanted inside. Too bad they added to their list of embarrassing performances on television this year.

After allowing myself to calm down from tonight's loss, I've realized that even though this team has me extremely worried as of now, I have faith that they will figure things out and turn it around. Many teams run into rough patches throughout the season, and Akron isn't any different. I believe that KD will be able to straighten things out, and that we're going to see the emergence of a true leader on this team. Go ahead and bash me if you want, but I just wanted to take this opportunity to say that I believe in these guys!

This is just a bad basketball team. We are undisciplined and extremely unathletic. I could shoot free throws better than this team with my off hand.I think our problems are compounded by frantic subbing and a resulting lack of rythm. We really don't have a go to starting five. The constant mix and match result in streaks in o and d.I definitely think that could be the big problem. The lack of rhythm could be why they struggle so much to get quality shots off some times.

Nice job last night, guys! I didn't get to see much of the game, but from what I did see, they played well. After Saturday's game I was really starting to have doubts about how they would do on the road the rest of the season, but I'm beginning to have confidence in them again.

It seems like today there were multiple down parts. I hate to say it, but this team is frustrating me so much this year.

I totally agree. The last two road games have been completely embarrassing. Is it me or was everyone absolutely ice cold when it came to shooting today?

I wish mcness would have just punched smiley in the face, he's been running his mouth the whole game. I remember watching him play back in Erie, Pa in high school and he was the same bum back then...He definitely looks like a prick.

Hopefully they can keep up this nice run for a while.

I was thinking the same thing, but we can't really blame them because the team played like garbage to end the half. Hopefully they come out better to start the second half.
