+1. Earlier in the season I got really upset whenever they didn't play well, but I've reminded myself that it's just a game and, regardless of the outcome, life goes on. Also, I know that we all get frustrated with the outcomes of these games, but just imagine how the players feel. I'm sorry to hear about your cousin.

I loved seeing the band director do that! He got the majority of the fans to stand up and cheer.

Better yet, when a student walks in, hand them a wristband and inform them that their section is down low. yes, students should not only all be allowed to sit down low, they should have to go there, until it is full. i get the feeling that a lot of people going to games that don't sit down low actually are rowdies, but just kind of don't like the regulars, if you will. so they sit up top. That's why I sat in the GA section for the game against Creighton. I used to sit with the Rowdies for every game during my first two years and a little bit last year, but I stopped because there's a group of them that think they're better than everyone else, which took the fun out of sitting down there. By the way, it's not the people who are in charge of the Rowdies, because I like them.

Some of the kids in this year's recruiting class have me excited for next year. It's a shame that I, most likely, won't be around the Akron area to check them out next year.

Has Brett McKnight played well since the Can't game? I'm not trying to pick on him, but it seems like he has been struggling mightily since then.

11-0 run to start the 2nd half by the Zips, only to then give up a 21-4 run.... They started off the half really well, but they couldn't avoid the long scoring drought.

Surprise, surprise, another game where this team can't generate any offense.

+1. I know I said that I was going to take a break from watching them, but I couldn't stay away. The highlights of the game for me were Zeke and Diggs. Hopefully Diggs starts to see more playing time now. Also, it was nice to see McNees play a good game. I'm really rooting for him to start playing better because, from what I've heard, he's been spending extra time working out on his own, which is good to hear.

It's amazing how easy Akron makes it for other teams to play defense against them. I mean, how hard is it when the only things our guards do are stand around and dribble instead of trying to penetrate?

+1 I've decided after tonight's game that I should probably take a little break from watching this team. It's pointless to put off the things that I need to get done in order to watch them when all they do is upset me. I'm not quitting on them, just so everyone knows. Oh well, time to start my homework.

I know they want to get some quick scores, but it would be nice if they could wait just a few seconds to let the other guys get down there so they might be able to grab a rebound.

Why can't they play like this for an entire game?
