So, you guys who are betting: How many games do you think Western is going to win in 2017?

Crystal Ball Prediction DE from Fort Lauderdale
Looks like a CB from Hollywood, FL will decide between Akron and Iowa State
5 FBS offers for each of these guys. It will be great to finally start getting guys that choose Akron over other programs.

What I'm interested to see is if more teams begin to front Big Dog in an attempt to deny him an entry pass. Got to give it to Miami. They found a way of limiting Big Dog.
I agree Miami did a great job on BD. Hopefully the rest of the MAC wasn't scouting this game.

To beat OU KD might have to adjust.
Utomi > Aaron Jackson
TDM > Noah

When you have Noah and Josh in at the same time you have 2 guards that cannot penetrate to the basket and things can get ugly. Noah tries to penetrate and has lost the ball 4 times. We are missing our foul shots. KD has not played Dunn Martin. I believe that we need our guards to play well on the road for us to win and hopefully they will have a better 2nd half. No way we can keep shooting the 3 ball as well as we did in the first half. We need better play from our guards.
When Noah tries to penetrate it looks like the feed is running at 75 percent.

Just an observation. The ESPN sideline reporter has hair like Cousin It from the Adams Family.
I made mention that she had kind hair.

Utomi looking good.

I don't think Tim's first spiel inspired anyone to want to strap it on and run through a brick wall for him. Watching that makes me want to take a couple of shots of NyQuil and go back to bed.

Coming off the greatest season in MAC history, Western Michigan selects
the Purdue QB coach.

I guess we won't won't be seeing Western at the top of MAC recruiting any time soon. Wow. What a stiff hire.

I thought it was honorable mention lineman.

My question is: With a 4 team league, how many games in their season? 12? Play each team 4 times? I think a lot of sports fans would tune in to watch that. Probably not.

Can I place my bet that he ends up at South Florida?
They have amazing culture there. Will they pay for ALL graduate school course work?

So we can relive the basketball opener?
Tryna get that Steel Tire back. Penguins have had it since '95.

This plan will come to fruition about the same time pro football starts playing at the Rubber Bowl.

I am not positive but after Troy was added I think they are trying to find an FCS home game for Sept. 9th. I could be completely wrong, no insider info, just a guess
Trying to get Youngstown State in here on the 9th.

It isn't a trash Bowden thread. I am just surprised with all of the events that have happened that not 1 person seems concerned about what is going on inside this program. Nobody is even asking a question. The blind faith is startling. I sit back and piece things together and wonder what the F happened that so many people seem to be voicing their displeasure or leaving.
People are getting fed up with people like you!

Looks like he received his Bachelors degree in December from Michigan. BCS on the left side of that yellow ribbon probably means Bachelor of General Studies.
So, how did he play for Akron while finishing his degree at Michigan?

A little confused as he was a grad transfer last season...
Michigan fans are too. Warning: painful to read.

Very strange. This guy tested the transfer waters last year and obviously thought Akron was his best option. What changed his mind?

Wouldn't have started at Hoban or Copley, either.
