  1. Best wishes to the team, take your talent to the floor and beat THAT team!
  2. team play please get them quick now is the time show your talent GO ZIPS!
  3. I have to agree with you. Abreu is not playing like he did last year. KD needs to find his starting 6 or 7 and let them play. This in and out does not help in making a cohensive team. I truly believe it takes the responsiblity away from each player because they think someone else will pick up the pace. This would be my starting 5 Zeke, Harney, Q, Nick and Walsh, then Abreu, Bret then Tree. But then I am just a Monday morning QB.
  4. I wonder how much they really wanted the win? They have all the talent, but it is a team sport. Defense which is really good was flat. OU did a job on Can't soften them up for us on Sat. OU really looked good. Watched it on STO while watching the Zips on the computer. I think I need a life.
  5. Webcast? through MAC. It does not show any video. HELP!
  6. Good Morning. I have complete faith in the Zips and I think they win big, 13 or more. Zips keep improving and I have no doubt they will get better and better. Now don't make me eat my words. I met Zeke in Chicago, ND game. He is so tall but then I am only 5 foot. He is such a gentleman. Go Zips beat Buffalo.
  7. After watching Pitt and Baylor, defensive rebounds seem to dominant. I watched for offensive rebounds and they are not dominant. I checked NCAA stats on all teams and guess we are not doing that bad on offensive rebounds, but I see the stats that say we win big when we command the offensive boards. Think I will move on to another topic. Thanks all for the responses. Go Zips Beat Buffalo. no video on this one, just audio.
  8. Good Morning, Well, 10 offensive rebounds to 31 defensive rebounds is not the best. When we lost we had 7, 9, 10 rebounds. When we won big we were averaging 13 or so. I just think that might be something to concentrate on for the future. I think the reason it was so close is because of the offensive rebounds. Not sure why there is such a difference in the offensive and defensive rebounds? The guys are so very talented. Go Zips beat Buffalo.
  9. Did anyone notice we were really lacking in offensive rebounds? Not even sure I saw one. Walsh almost had one. This is a must for future play.
  10. I agree completely, just hope the guys realize what they have and run with it. Team play a must.
  11. Good Morning! Witnessed the Zips OU game last night and oh my. Also listened to Coach D on UTube. He has his team pegged right, other than the disciiplined part. I have been going to games for many years including the ND game last year, ardent alumni. This is by far the most talented team in many many years. NOW what do you do with them. As Coach D said he does it by "feel" not sure that is the best way. Boy he has to have a plan of action. This team could be blowing out all the teams in the MAC. I hope they can learn to play TOGETHER.
  12. I have to agree with you completely, I am a 70 year old avid alumni and fan. I have not missed a game in many years, either on line, in person or the radio. I don't believe KD can take it to the next level. Not sure why, it is not talent, we have talent it is more the coaching. NC has lots of freshmen yet they are contenders. I have to believe it is the coaching staff. It is not just skills that are taught but also working together, chemistry. As a psychologist, i have to think there is more to this team then not playing well They are such a good team and should and could be doing great things. The first few minutes of the Can't game they LOOKED like a great team, then it stopped, why? I think the soccer example is a good one!
