On best conditions you should be able to do it within an hour. However, with I95 guaranteed conditions is a gamble, especially south of Boca. Look into flights going in to West Palm Beach as well. There is less chance of I95 traffic, and if worse comes to worst there’s lots of side streets.

Let me know if you have any questions about the area. Most of Boca is beautiful, but there are some wrong side of the tracks areas as well. There is also a lot to do here and the weather is absolutely beautiful. The Seagate in Delray Beach would be my first choice. It’s right near the action (beach and nightlife) and you can just Uber to the stadium.

Near perfect scenario for me. I live about half an hour from FAU. A perfect game for me would have been impossible for a couple reasons. Being an Air Force veteran it would have been amazing to see Akron vs. Air Force at FAU. I couldn’t lose with that ticket.

Is anybody else a little bummed we aren't playing Ohio State next? Actually it would have been great to play Wake Forest as well. Still though, it would have been great to be the death nail into the Buckeyes! I'm sure Stanford is going to put up a huge fight. Thankfully Zips soccer is talented enough to beat anyone.

Any team that is competitive should be confident enough to pencil in the championship game onto their schedule. Of course Akron should just mark it with permanent marker. I will say that I hate having Creighton on the way. I'd rather us be playing Wake Forest. Creighton is just one of those schools that has our number. I guess that just means a Zips win will be even sweeter!

I'm hoping for a long shot with the Boca Raton Bowl. I live about 20 minutes from there. I'm expecting the Bahamas unfortunately. It's doable as far as transportation. There's a ferry from Fort Lauderdale (about 40 minutes away), but I don't have a passport. What a stupid place for a bowl game!
