Just making a point that the article is a joke. Both sides were wrong to tweet about each other. Both fan bases looking like fools tweeting at the players.

The Akron fans have been talking a ton of smack on twitter to all the Ohio players for weeks. It goes both ways. As for that article, it fails to mention Walsh's tweet and Akron fans tweets. The "fan blog" called Ohio fans hill-people and then asked Akron fans to tweet at Reggie. Classy journalism. Journalism at its finest.

Do you seriously think Akron will get an at-large bid? I mean Akron should focus on winning the MAC before a Final Four or National title. Not to mention, the Ohio win Saturday is one game. Ohio was outplayed and Akron played incredibly well. But don't think it will happen like that again.

Memphis is better I think. Belmont will be a bit angry, but I don't know about kill Ohio. That is about the time the Cats hit their groove.

Please explain. Never seen such arrogance on this board. Neither side will get an at-large. Not even close. And ND State kills any little hope Akron had at one. One win at home and Akron is national champ bound. Win the MAC first.

Very likely we could see Ohio and Akron get TV games. Ohio will get it based off of last year. Most marketable team in the Bracket buster.

At large bid to the dance for the Zips has been gone for a long time. He is not that good. All he is good for is complaining and whining to refs. As soft as Ivo Baltic. RMU had a guy that went 8-8 from three and 10-10 from the field. RMU played the best game they have played in a LONG time.

Or Ohio played a Top 50 RPI team in Richmond today and smoked them, still plays Memphis, RMU and UMass among a few others. Ohio plays about an equally tough if not tougher non-con schedule than Akron. Still mad about last year?
