We will have a group of four Zips fans in Madison this weekend. If anyone would like to get together prior to the game, please PM me and we can exchange cell #'s. It would be great if we could get a group of 10+ Zippers together. We've done so @ MTSU, NC State, OSU, Maryland, Wisconsin, etc in the past and it is always a great time. Met a lot of great people!

We've drank several great micorbrews thus far. Spotted Cow seems to be the favorite. People seem oblivious to my Zips gear.I said "Go Zips" to a 70 year old guy wearing a Zips hat...he stared at me like a spotted cow. Being a Zips fan ain't for the bandwagon lovers, that's for sure.More later...

I was just up there a few weeks ago for a family function. It's a pretty nice town and campus from what I saw. Spotted Cow is pretty omnipresent. They also have a local brewery called Capital Brewery (I think) and a local beer with a pretty funny label called Lazy Mutt. None compared to Great Lakes for me but it's something different so ... meh Thanks for keeping us posted!

Just got back to the hotel...Jesus I've never drank so much bovine-named beer. UW campus bars are PACKED at 12am! As the night wore on, more and more Badgers reponded to the Zips gear. All good fun. The 8am tailgate is gonna come WAY too early, I think.

WOOO HOOOO!!!Fans here are sweating it out! LOVE IT! Jack is playing great. The Wisconsin QB is on the.ropes. I wish our almost totally Fr DL can pull together for 2 quarters. Laube and Campbell are playing great. LOVE the move of B Will to DB.GO ZIPS!

The team played hard. Losing two of our top 3 DLs hurt big time...we just couldn't stop the run.Other than the two passes following the 2nd and 2 I thought the play calling was good. MUCH improved over last year.I like our chances the rest of the way out.Overheard that Bain is not improving. Doubtful for Syracuse. Lively should be back.Bowser and Bruce are the real deal.

Hey CK, I know they didn't see much action, but how did the DBs look? Were they covering their guys?Too bad about Bain. We need to vastly improve the run defense by next week. Syracuse is also a run-heavy team.We definitely have a chance to win any game we play the rest of the year.
