zff
According to Rivals.com *** WR Sean Farr has changed his mind and is now going to Louisville. It seems he had a team commit there recently and that player must have flipped him from Akron.

johnnyzip84
I'm not too surprised. He seemed like the weakest verbal (outside of a Mr. Robinson) on the list.

What's that supposed to mean? That's what I was wondering; a mistake on his part for verballing too soon, or simply a mistake or computer glitch on Rivals part? He's still listed on Akron's verbal commitment list. I hope this doesn't become another Rivals glitch like the infamous Jarvis Givens saga.

I hope this doesn't become another Rivals glitch like the infamous Jarvis Givens saga. From reading the article I think he was saying that he never actually committed, but Rivals had him down as one. Here is the quote..."Farr, who has more than 1,000 receiving yards in each of the past two seasons, runs a 4.5 in the 40. Previously listed as a commitment to Akron, Farr said that was inaccurate, and now he's headed in a new direction."
Captain Kangaroo
Previously listed as a commitment to Akron, Farr said that was inaccurate, and now he's headed in a new direction."If his Akron commit was indeed inaccurate, how could he be heading in a "new direction?" Wouldn't he be heading in the same direction he was heading all along?Shady stuff...but it happens every year. At least he gave us a week's notice to find a replacement.
