Man! Would that ever throw the fear of the Roo into the Who's-theres. A mad visiting Rowdie crowd at a PRACTICE GAME! Hoowie. I can imagine there being a recruit or two present -- if we haven't signed or gotten verbals from all of them yet.

Good timing Cap'n. Last year the announcement came out in early-mid April. I know cause that's when I made my reservations. I know of one road tournament we play in early Sept -- at Tulsa. We play SMU and the home team in our two games. Haven't heard about other OOC games, but wouldn't it be nice to play Wake again? Or Carolina? Or Mary Land? And personally, I'm hoping for a game on Fox Soccer Channel College Friday.

A GoZips article said that the soccer team had five players named to the US Youth Soocer squad (and only Kofi Sarkodie is already playing for us). THis program just looks better and better. I hope we get to a place like UNC in basketball soon where getting four or five blue chip players will just seem routine to us, instead of amazing but I can't wait for futbol season to start either. Right after I bought my season football tickets, I sent some money to both the basketball and soccer teams too, the football team for potential and the other two for results.
