Lots of great pictures that I have never seen. Someone has been holding on to them. I wonder how they are going to break them up? Are they going to put the picture over all 5 tickets or the same picture on each ticket? Would be cool if they put different pictures on each ticket. After having my fancy Michigan season tickets, I was a bit disapointed when I got my plain old Akron season tickets.

I voted for #14. That celebration after the Marshall game was something we'll cherish for years to come. I have faith that JD will give us more memories like that one.

I agree...but I think we can get even better memories..

The Marshall win #1 will always be special as it was our first win over a Top 25 team. Being there to watch the Leftwitch saga unfold was also pretty cool.

The Marshall win #2 was great because Frye needed a "signature comeback win." The drama was intense. It kept our champoinship hopes alive, and did so on national TV.

That said, I think there are a LOT more bigger wins in store for the Zips in the near future. Those two Marshall wins were awesome in their own ways, but are likely mid-level stepping stones along the way to beating "BCS" teams, winning MAC Championships and winning bowl games.

The Marshall wins were great...hell, the Navy win was great...but they were regular season wins. I think they'll soon be overshadowed by "bigger," more meaningful wins.

Marshall #1 was my favorite till Marshall #2 came along. I still loved the poll on ESPN after Marshall #1. "Was Akron's Defense Too Rough?" I think we were rated as one of the worst D's in the country before the game and after the game we were apparently mowing over the Marshall line and being too rough on a QB that burned us 2 years earlier late in a game that kept us out of the MAC Championship game. But #2 was WAY better than #1. Nobody rushed the field in #1, it was a done deal, no HUGE come from behind thriller.
