ZachTheZip
http://www.ohio.com/sports/50698562.htmlI think it's cool that they appointed a student-athlete to the search committee.I hope they get moving soon. We're competing against Marshall for the top AD looking for a job this year. There's no reason I can think of why a potential AD would choose them over us, but that doesn't mean that UA can sit around and wait for somebody to come to them. I would hope we have this thing resolved fairly quickly. This is the most important athletic season in UA history between the football stadium, soccer going on a national title hunt, men's basketball expected to win the MAC and more, and all sorts of increased expectations across the board. It would be a travesty if there were no fans there to see it all happen.

MDZip
Kara Murphy is an interesting and good choice as the student-athlete rep. Fine athlete, good student, fairly high profile and will around for a couple more years. Hey, couldn't we have asked Zeke too? Gary Taylor was a good choice, keep him involved as much as possible. Quickzips
I have absolutely no doubt that we will find the right person for the job. LP and the gang know the importance of the athletic program to the University and they know how critical a time it is for the athletic program right now. They aren't going to settle on a mediocre candidate.
