Z.I.P. Posted September 26, 2009 Report Posted September 26, 2009 The Indiana Hoosiers are continuing the momentum gained at the Info, by putting a licking on the Wolverines at the Big House. They are playing much like last week, just being physical and quick enough to get first downs and continue drives, while being consistent and stopping any long balls by RichRod's BlueCrew. An interesting aside, regarding the wearing of home team's gear. On a time-out, ESPN2 showed the pregame tailgait at Ann Arbor, and a guy in a CMU T-shirt was in the frame. The Chippewa BB this week was commenting about the lack of support from their greater Detroit alumni. I guess this guy was displaying both his loyalty to Central, AND his preference for better football. Gotta head out to Varsity Grill now. Good luck Zippers! Hope you don't need it. Quote

Valpo Zip Posted September 26, 2009 Report Posted September 26, 2009 I think the zebras prevailed and decided the outcome of this game. Quote
GP1 Posted September 26, 2009 Report Posted September 26, 2009 I think the zebras prevailed and decided the outcome of this game.Maybe, but IU still had a long way to go late with a poor QB.Just goes to show that IU is a better team than thought. IU is good enough to go bowling. Quote
xu9697 Posted September 26, 2009 Report Posted September 26, 2009 I told you guys (as did a few others) that IU was much better than #11 in the Big 10. Of course, they could go in a deep slide after a gut wrenching loss.Speaking of deep slides... Quote
Zip_ME87 Posted September 27, 2009 Report Posted September 27, 2009 Took my first trip to the Big House yesterday with a friend who is a UM alum (and who has come to Zips Mens BBall and football games). IU is not the #11 team in the Not-So-Big 10. Zebras were horrible...thought I was watching MAC refs...perhaps they came over from Ypsilanti. Quote

The MAC borrows their refs from the Big Ten. Quote
