I realize most folks are at the game, but for those of us watching on ESPNU or just listening, that was an ugly touchdown we gave up (isn't Temple supposed to be a running team? Thank you Mr. Cobham, how about heading to class?), but on the bright side that was a terrific drive to tie the Game. Nicely looked nothing like a freshman and man we will miss Andre Jones next year. :( Stadium looks great on TV and announcers are very complimentary of Nicely. And of course kick it out of bounds on the ensuing kickoff.

Dashan Miller fielded a kickoff on the five that was going out of bounds, then stepped out of bounds. Instead of gettting it on the 40, we got it on the five had to punt, and now Temple is driving again. Once again, special teams not quite so special. Nice siren in the background just now too.

On the KO after Temple's punt return, our return man fields the KO at the 4, and promptly steps out of bounds. Had to punt from the end zone, and Temple has the ball in our territory. Who the hell is our special teams coach?...Oh, yeah, I forgot!

D is not looking so good. Temple just scored another TD right before the half. Lots of big gains. Three unanswered scores. Nicely just threw a bad interception trying to keep a play alive and now Temple has the ball on our five. Ugh.

And that short punt lead to another Temple TD with about one minute left in the half. Our one time 17-7 lead is now a 28-17 deficit. Why am I nor surprised? And now Nicely throws an interception that is returned to the 5.

is the D doin much?
They can't cover the run to the outside. It's wide open for the Owls all day. Temple just runs a couple up the middle to keep the outside open. QB just waltzed in to the right side.. It won't change in the 2nd half either..

Two things:1. Temple is a Big East team playing in the MAC. Welcome back to the Marshall years when they were in the MAC.2. We are the most stupid team in the country. Can a new coach coach stupid out of the players.

"Stupid is as stupid does." And boy, does we! Started off the second half by having to punt after little movement, and another spectacular punt of 34 yards.

Same old story.....short punt leads to another Temple TD. It's what, 42-17 now? My God, it is! Oh well, I;m going to bed. I have to get up and do....something. Have fun, everyone.
