tpsjugglerdude
So word is that Jake Barnett was released from Toledo. Avged 13ppg 1.5ast 37% 3pt 34 min a game. He is a 6-5 Guard. Do we want him?
Quickzips
Have a hard time believing Toledo would have released him without a guarantee that he wouldn't be signing with another MAC school.
ZachTheZip
Have a hard time believing Toledo would have released him without a guarantee that he wouldn't be signing with another MAC school. They don't even have a coach right now. Toledo's so messed up right now, it might be possible to land him.

you am i
He said that he would prefer to stay at Toledo, but he asked for a release to keep his options open. He wants to see how the coaching change pans out. I'm sure the new coach will try to talk him into staying.
zippyman23
He won't be able to transfer to another team in MAC if decides to transfer.

Dave in Green
The real question is, what were you originally drinking?

If he had, there is no way in hell that we would have allowed him to go to a MAC program as part of it. This kid from Toledo actually got a formal release from the team. Zipmeister
He won't people to transfer to another team in MAC if decides to transfer. Now that is one poorly constructed sentence. The 'Meister is gonna have a stroke! Lol This was either a simple typographical error that could have happened to anyone or perhaps a small mistake in translating zippyman's post from ancient Mayan to English. In ancient Mayan there was only a one letter difference between "be able" and "people." I don't understand why some of you be able are so judgmental. You know what's going to happen to the Mayans in 2012! I guess that means all Mayan speakers, meister.
