tpsjugglerdude
Well we knew this time would come but after taking Akron to 4 straight MAC Tourney finals and leading us to the postseason the last 3 years KD is moving on to a BCS school. Iowa has given him an offer he couldn't resist and which is a lot more than Akron can pay. OK APRIL FOOLS.

Dr Z
SI's Sidd Finch article in 1985 is the ONLY good April Fools day joke in my lifetime. Everything else pales in comparison.
g-mann17
See I had read that he had chose Sienna, and KD was quoted as saying "I don't Sienna reason to stick around when the Zips fans act like they don't Sienna improvement and they barely come out to Sienna games." I look forward to the yearly Homestar Runner April 1 joke, myself. Maddox had some good ones back in the day, but he doesn't really update anymore. MDZip
SI's Sidd Finch article in 1985 is the ONLY good April Fools day joke in my lifetime. Everything else pales in comparison. That link came up dry (has the word f.l.a.s.h in it) but for anyone who never saw it, its worth a read. Here is an easier link: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/vault/art...x.htm?eref=sihp Best part of the article was the sub head-line: He's a pitcher, part yogi and part recluse. Impressively liberated from our opulent life-style, Sidd's deciding about yoga— Look at the first letter of each word.

Dr Z
Plimpton took it all the way. Fantastic article. I'll never forget reading that story in the school library. I told everybody that would listen to me about it. I think SI announced weeks later that it was a joke. I never believed anything I heard or read again.
