ditchrider1 Posted June 22, 2010 Report Posted June 22, 2010 UA Grad golfs in Connecticut since there's no Football Golf Outing in Akron this year.... Seems like a great guy who get's it. Met his dad years ago tailgating at State College before the Penn State game I think Chase's senior year? Nice guy and quite a character. Quote
Dr Z Posted June 22, 2010 Report Posted June 22, 2010 Seems like a great guy who get's it. Agreed. I wish I could change my Steelers #7 jersey into a Giants #57 jersey. Chase is the kind of guy I want to root for. Quote

But... ...I can justify spending money at the football golf outing. I believe I got value. Day off of work, golfed with friends, got to talk Zips football with coaches, ask questions, good food, good drink, zips football golf shirt, photo of your group, raffle at dinner, and the football team makes a small profit. I don't think I could EVER get value out of any shirt/jersey that I wore that costs $275 !?!? Coincidentally, I have a photo of me and Chase at the Zips Football golf outing. My comment after looking at the photo the day after..."I'm not sure how this guy doesn't play in the NFL" Nice guy, I'm glad he is doing well and representing the U by being a role model (like the article above suggests).
