Could someone post the link soon as it is on the NCAA or UA line?
Dr Z
Most likely somebody will post here first, but I would check here.

MDZip
And the NCAA's projection. Not sure why they have one and it has to be wrong anyway since it still has Wake Forest listed (who has an overall losing record and is not eligible for the tournament). Zips have the number two seed and would likely get Virginia in the second round if it holds up.
RootforRoo44
3 seed vs the winner of Xavier and WVU. hmm
ZachTheZip
3rd seed? Meh. We'll just blast our way through anyone they put in front of us.
MDZip
Not real happy with the bracket. A lot of tough teams in with us including Indiana and UConn and UCSB. And yet another ACC tool on the selection show, Taylor Twellman of Maryland, who loved their bracket and asked if we even needed to play the games? Had UNC beaten UMD in the ACC final, Akron would have had that bracket. A bit annoying but nothing the Zips can't fight through.
RootforRoo44
3rd seed? Meh. We'll just blast our way through anyone they put in front of us. The guy on tv said we are in the toughest region but i say it's all the same. Besides the top 5 teams, we should steamroll everyone else anyways. Having good competition to warm up to in these games will help us in the College Cup. ASN Coverage

ZachTheZip
Ives called akron's quarter of the bracket "tougher and deeper than the entire opposite bracket (Louisville and Maryland combined).
MDZip
Ives called akron's quarter of the bracket "tougher and deeper than the entire opposite bracket (Louisville and Maryland combined). Unfortunately, Maryland is on Akron's side of the bracket. The Louisville (#1) and UNC (#4) brackets are the opposite side. The Zips and Terps would match up in the College Cup semi's if they win out at home.
Z.I.P.
NCAA.com has a bracket challenge page -- but the bracket won't download! Just like dem buggahs! Anyways, the Akron Rule is in effect. Any way to skrew over the Zips can and will be done at any expense. If they reach the final, they must train on top of Mt Angeles National Forest in the snow! w00t
It came as a surprise to me that we got the three as opposed to the two, but I suppose it shouldn't have. I really think that UNC got the best draw out of any of the regional hosts. Not looking forward to playing Indiana, they're the best 9-7-2 opponent we'll ever run up against. Also, the "real" national championship game is most likely the UA vs. Maryland semifinal. Five more games!
jem101
We may have gotten a tough bracket, but I firmly believe that we're the best team in the country. We have no reason to fear anyone. Let's go out there and win the next five games and do this. I'm ready to lose my voice over the next few weekends and then head to Cali to see the boys pull this off. Go Zips!

Zip_ME87
I have full confidence that the Zips can defeat anyone in our bracket at Lee Jackson Field. As far as Maryland, it will be tough (if they make it), but it will be on a neutral field. I have my tickets to California and look forward to seeing the Zips take on any of the other 3 teams that make it there with us! GO ZIPS! ZachTheZip
A tough bracket, but that means it's up to us fans to come out stronger than ever before and make Lee Jackson Field a living nightmare for the opposing teams. It's go time!
