He based his defensive scheme on this belief. Source for below Evaluation: Williams is a raw talent who plays with great intensity; whether against the run or pass he refuses to stay blocked. Has the size and athleticism for the defensive end position at the next level of competition. Playing out of a three point stance we see good initial quickness, flexibility... Quote
