Guest Guest_Zipster
I heard through the back tunnels that Hipsher was going to join the Cavs staff to replace Bob Donnewald, Jr. - any truth to this?
I_Miss_You_Trey_71603
Wow that would be pretty cool. Why is the other assistant coach leaving?
Captain Kangaroo
Dambrot helps his old boss out...talks to his bud LeBron about the opening...seems like enough plausible info to begin a rumor?
Guest Guest_Z-Pouch
Can anyone even imagine Hipsher working with egotistical pro athletes ? This would be a bad combination. After all of the , there might be lots of OR OR OR OR and EVEN MORE ........ I'd be really suprised.
Akron1
The job is down to Dan, Gloria James and me. But I think that I'm the front runner not Dan.

Dr Z
Hipsher was going to join the Cavs staff Yeah, here is his mode of transportation to the Gund.
Guest Guest_Z.I.P.
Hey, I don't have any inside info this time (waiting for Bron to return my shoutout!), but it seems to make SOME sense. IF Donewald is leaving (is he?), getting another coach with collegiate experience in the region isn't a bad idea. AND -- tell me if I'm mistaken (like DrZ Wouldn't!), but isn't coach Donoher (Sr.) involved with the Cavs in some capacity? I hope he keeps up the UA-CCavs connection. Maybe he can get cousin Derrick a tryout. They do need shooters on that team, and frankly Tarver's 'D' far exceeds what Kapono put up at UCLA. (Does "anything" exceed 'nothin"?) Kapono was I believe the least defensive player I've ever watched.
