GoZips Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 Coach Thomas has an excellent chance to "do some damage" in this competition. Coach T is still in excellent physical shape (other than his whining about his sore back). He would be best as a three ball shooter as he has an excellent stroke and frequently makes his shots. Truthfully, I can not recall him shooting free throws. Still, he should do well in the competition. Quote

mes102 Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 Bracket Possible "Sweet Sixteen" matchup with David Kool... Quote
MDZip Posted January 25, 2013 Report Posted January 25, 2013 Anyone know if this actually started? The first round was supposed to be complete in January. I did notice in the head coaches bracket they didn't have enough head coaches and filled the bracket out with a few others so Can't State Coach Rob Senderoff takes on Antonio Gates in the first round. That's nice, at least Can't State will get to the second round of one tournament his year. Quote
MDZip Posted February 8, 2013 Report Posted February 8, 2013 They are slowly starting to get this going. MAC 1-0 in the head coaches bracket (Steve Hawkins), Ted Kowalckyk and Rob Senderoff have yet to go. And as usual for mid-majors they have the assistant coach bracket set up for MAC failure. Toldeo vs Can't in the first round and a potential Charles Thomas vs. David Kool (WMU) matchup in the sweet sixteen. None of them have gone yet, but wasn't Kool about a 90% free throw shooter at WMU? He could certainly win the whole thing. C'mon Charles, be the one to knock him off. Quote
MDZip Posted February 13, 2013 Report Posted February 13, 2013 Coach Thomas advances to the second round. And David Kool was knocked out in the first round. Quote
