Dr Z
Good signs! Freshman wide receiver Mykel Traylor-Bennett possesses the work ethic and intelligence to be a key player for the Zips. He has shown the physical tools out on the field, but it’s the mental part of the game that often comes later for players. it’s easy to see that Jerrod Dillard, a 6-foot-5 fifth-year senior, is vastly different from last year. Although he led the Zips with nine touchdown catches, he didn’t come around until a few games into the season. In camp last year, there appeared to be a lack of focus. This year? He’s all about business. The focus is there and with that has come more of a display of what he is capable. Hirschman looks more comfortable leading the offense each day. He and presumed starter Kyle Pohl hit some nice passes Wednesday Remember the name Jatavis Brown, a sophomore linebacker. Brown was all over the field Wednesday, getting a sack and intercepting a Pohl pass
